*T&Cs Apply. The Refer a Friend offer at Smile Suffolk Dental Practice is open to existing patients of the practice who refer a new patient aged 18 or over. The referred patient must be new to the practice and must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of booking their appointment. The reward offered to the existing patient will only be issued once the referred patient has attended and completed their New Patient Examination/consultation. Rewards will not be issued for missed or cancelled appointments. Any reward offered, including practice account credit or vouchers, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be redeemed as specified by the practice. Practice account credit can only be used against future treatment at the practice and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or exchanged for cash.
