The referred patient must be new to the practice and must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of booking their appointment. The reward offered to the existing patient will only be issued once the referred patient has attended and completed their New Patient Examination/consultation. Rewards will not be issued for missed or cancelled appointments. Any reward offered, including practice account credit or vouchers, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be redeemed as specified by the practice.
