Tracey started her career as a dental nurse over 30 years ago, in the very same building as Smile Suffolk is now. Over the years she has built an excellent relationship with many of our patients, which she feels helps to relax them throughout their experience at the practice.
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry but is particularly interested in oral surgery and implants, in recent years Tracey was and sometimes still is one of our friendly front of house team where she delivers excellent customer service. This led to promotion in December 2022 to the position of Practice manager, where she will continue to develop customer service to a high standard, building a friendly team and implementing strategies to help the practice grow.
Outside of work, Tracey has 2 grown up children and loves family time. She also enjoys socialising with her many friends, reading, cooking, and walking which she does every weekend.
